Are You Licensed?
Yes! We have a Dwelling Contractor's License with the state of WI in order to pull permits when required.
How quick can you start?
We can start as soon as the same day if needed! We are always ready to take on another job.
Do You Charge By The Hour?
Typically we charge a quote price based on the scope of work. But, we do charge by the hour for more complex jobs, or customers who have many jobs.
Where do you service?
We service most of southeastern Wisconsin. Typically we try to stay within a one hour drive of Milwaukee.
Which payments do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, Cash, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Check, Casher's Check, or Money Order!
Do We Have To Meet You?
No, actually, most of our clients give us access via lockbox or code and we complete everything without ever seeing them.
